The 2012 University of New England Spring Symposium will be held on April 5, 2012 on the Portland Campus.
This year, the event will focus on "Neuroscience Discoveries Across the Lifespan". Students and faculty from a variety of disciples (ie. Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Osteopathic Medicine, etc.) will be attending the day-long event which will include a keynote address by Dr. Edward Bilsky, Associate Provost for Research and Scholarship; Professor of Pharmacology and Director of the Center for Excellence in the Neurosciences, as well as a case study on traumatic brain injury and breakout sessions related to the theme.
